Intimate Winter Church Wedding in Kingston upon Thames & The Bingham Riverhouse in Richmond

Beautiful wedding that managed to go ahead just on the cusp of going into Lockdown 3 before Christmas.

A winter Wedding ceremony held at the beautiful St Agatha's church in Kingston upon Thames and followed by an intimate reception with only 15 guests. Despite their families stuck in their home country due to travel restrictions my couple decided to go ahead with a gorgeous Wedding surrounded by their closest friends. It might have been small due to the number of guests but Veronica and Joey went ahead with the most devine details and a day filled with lots of love and laughter.

Lots of confetti for the newly married couple outside the Church.

Being with their friends getting ready at The Bingham Hotel on the morning of their Wedding. Gorgeous couture wedding dress by Mira Zwillinger and stunning shoes by Manolo Blahnik.

A bridal bouquet with the most beautiful flowers and textures of wispy greenery to soften the bouquet to complement Veronica's most stunning gown. A gorgeous colour palette of white, cream, caramel, peach and orange. Filled with Klooni peach Ranunculus, Kahlua roses and apricot Gentle Trendsetter spray roses (their ruffled petals are so pretty), Sahara Sensation, Astrantia, Carnations and so much more with pops of white Veronica flowers.

Warm rich tones of orange, peach and white with Antirrhinums, Carnations, Hydrangeas, roses, wax flower, Lisianthus and spray roses with a selection of foliage. Two pedestal arrangements stood on either side of the altar and these were later repurposed at the reception venue.

The couple hired a red bus to take them around on the day. Picking them up from The Bingham Riverhouse where they were getting ready on the wedding morning. Everyone was then taken on a lovely journey to the top of Richmond Hill for the stunning scenery over the River Thames.

The perfect spot for couples photographs at Richmond Hill with picturesque views over the River Thames.

With limited guests due to restrictions their table was a long wide one for their guests to all enjoy each others company. Down the centre of the table we placed a mixture of foliage laid directly onto the tablecloth. A selection of bud vases in different shapes lined the middle of the table and were interspersed with glass candle holders with white taper candles. Winter Weddings with candles along the table adds romance and different heights add interest at levels without blocking the view for your guests. Tealights were also placed along the table for an added romantic touch all under the fairy lights in the Garden room at The Bingham Riverhouse.

A showstopper cake for a wedding party of 15. A two tier cake with 2 flavours, red velvet and another delicious combination of coffee cake and Baileys buttercream. A hand decorated painted delicate gold floral pattern and was created by the talented Vaani at Sugar Plum Bakes. An explosion of beautiful blooms a selection that were in Veronica's bouquet were arranged on top of the cake by Vaani.

Thank you very much to Lucie from The Unscripted Wedding for sharing these photos and also Veronica and Joey for entrusting me to create your flowers and play a small part in your special day and for letting me share.
