SUMMER WEDDING AT SYON PARK - ELEGANT, SOPHISICATED & FUN

It was such an honour to be part of Harriet and Henry's special day and create beautiful white and green flowers at Syon Park for their July summer wedding.

Perfectly planned by Sophie Amor, this gorgeous wedding was created for a couple who adored white and green, natural foliage with some wow factor, being fun, sophisticated, and elegant. The ceremony was held in Syon House, inside the Great Hall. A stunning venue full of history and the London home of the Duke of Northumberland, the house has many stunning features. The drinks reception was held in the beautiful courtyard, and the wedding reception was held in the impressive Great Conservatory, with Helen Warner Photography beautifully capturing every moment of their day.

Two large pedestals stood on plinths at the end of the grand Great Hall to frame the couple. Filled with luxurious Roses, Hydrangea, Guelder rose, stunning Clematis, Campanula, Sweet Peas and Hanging Amaranthus. The aisle was filled with romantic roses, freesia and fresh summer greenery and tied to alternate chairs.

One of our floral services is to return and move flowers after the ceremony over to other locations at the venue so they can be enjoyed for the whole day.

The beautiful courtyard which was used for reception drinks with steps leading directly off the stunning Great Hall. The garden looked gorgeous blooming with seasonal Hydrangea and roses for this July wedding.

An an white and green bridal bouquet, elegant and sophisicated with the addition of wonderful textures from trailing Amaranthus, Jasmine, Hydrangea, Roses, Veronica plus much more to create a unique bouquet for our beautiful bride.

A breathtaking 19th century glass domed building. The venue can seat up to 160 guests seated. The Great Conservatory is a stunning space for a wedding reception and dinner guests danced the night away under this magnificent sparkling dome.

Decorating four of the internal pillars with lush green foliage added romance to the grand well light conservatory.

Long tables with crisp white linen lined the stunning light filled Great Conservatory. Tall arrangements on white metal plinths allowed flowers to be at height to create a wow factor. Elevated these flowers were high above guests and allowed guests to still talk, mingle and celebrate across the tables. A selection of beautiful glass bud vases line the centre line of each table. Elegant taper candles, floating candles and tealights added a romantic atmosphere to the evening.

White and green is a timeless colour palette and allow the flowers and foliage to gently be seen and work cohesively with the wonderful venue.

For added impact tall floral arrangements where added to some tables. Perfect for adding height to the area and tall enough to appear floating above guests so that they can still talk across the tables.

I cannot recommend Johanna enough! She is a true visionary and artist, who created the most gorgeous white and green flower arrangements for our wedding in July. I still can’t get over the moment my husband and I stepped into the Great Conservatory at Syon Park- it was absolutely breathtaking!
