HOW WE WORK WITH YOU

Our process starts by understanding your vision, creating bespoke floral designs, and transforming your venue to surpass your expectations. Since every wedding is unique, we recommend reaching out through the contact page on our website.

COMPLIMENTARY CONSULATION

If I am available on your wedding date, we can set up a Google Meet call. This is the starting point where we'll discuss your existing ideas and offer guidance on the best floral designs for your floral investment and venue. We'll ask about the atmosphere and style you want for your day, considering colour palettes, fragrances, textures, and styles. Scheduling your initial video consultation, we'll be able to talk about your vision, preferences, and inspirations to make your wedding dream a reality.

BESPOKE WEDDING FLOWER PROPOSAL

Once we have spoken and I have collected your details and ideas, I will create an initial proposal and a mood board filled with images to visualize your wedding flowers. Trust is essential, and over the years, our couples have allowed us the creative freedom to design their wedding day. To move forward and create your dream flowers, a booking deposit is necessary to reserve your wedding date.

CONSULTATION PROCESS

Our in person consultations are laid-back and informative and we always meet our couples in person to final details if they are UK based. We frequently meet at the venue to discuss floral details or at a café locally. During these meetings, we can sit down with a coffee or tea to go over all aspects of your wedding day. These in-person meetings typically occur 5-10 months prior to your wedding day. Approximately 8 weeks before your wedding date, we will arrange a follow-up call to confirm your RSVP numbers and delivery details. The full balance is due 4 weeks before your wedding day.

SUPPORT, PLANNING AND DELIVERY

We are just a phone call or email away, ready to assist you on your wedding journey. In the months leading up to your wedding, I will provide expert guidance for each decision. We coordinate with you or your wedding planner to perfect every detail. On the morning of your wedding, we'll take care of the delivery, setup, delivering and working alongside the venue and suppliers. Moving florals at turnaround if needed ensuring your flowers are enjoyed throughout the celebration.

I still experience butterflies on the morning of the wedding, which I believe demonstrates how passionate we are about your special day.

On the day of your event, my skilled team and I will create to turn your unique floral vision into stunning arrangements that represent both of your personalities.

We thoughtfully consider the seasonality of the flowers, the specific theme you desire, and any personal touches that will make your arrangement truly unique.
